Wilderness Pioneers
A warm welcome to Wilderness Pioneers. We provide first class outdoor education and training in bushcraft, survival, primitive and wilderness living skills. We aim to teach you through the extensive knowledge of our instructors and practical skills to be totally at ease in the outdoors and to understand the rhythm of our countryside and its changing seasons.

Our courses are designed to be highly educational and most importantly fun for people of all ages and abilities. Wilderness Pioneers strongly believe that bushcraft and nature are for everyone and we will tailor our courses to suit your needs.
Living History
Amongst other things, we teach indigenous living skills from all over the world and an appreciation and understanding of the flora and fauna in our own countryside. Some of the techniques and knowledge we teach dates back literally thousands of years and would have been daily routine for our ancient ancestors so you get a living history lesson too!

Whether you are a nature lover, a school or youth group looking for outdoor education, a traveller going to a wilderness area abroad, a family wanting to spend quality time learning together, or a company looking for something original for your team building event, we have specialist courses and can design bespoke courses to suit your requirements.
